Dr. Chen Ping

Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director, responsible for overall strategic planning and overseeing general management and daily operation.

Co-founder of Howkingtech, with over 25 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. Dr. Chen has successively held important positions in Scientific Atlanta, Inc., a telecommunications manufacturer in the United States, Fujitsu America, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Fujitsu Limited, Qualcomm, Inc., RF Micro Devices, Inc., a company principally engaged in radio frequency technology in the United States, Signal Technology Corporation, a microwave and RF components manufacturer, and SkyCross, Inc., a global wireless antenna solutions company.

Dr. Chen obtained a master's degree in electrical engineering from the University of Nevada in the United States in 1993 and obtained a doctorate degree in electrical engineering from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University in the United States in 2008.

Ms. Wang Zheshi

Chief administrative and human resources officer and executive Director, responsible for overseeing the administrative and human resources affairs.

Co-founder of Howkingtech, with around 11 years of experience in the administrative and human resources field. Ms. Wang served as the director of Administration and Human Resources at SkyCross, Inc. Shenzhen office from August 2006 to March 2009. She obtained a bachelor's degree in art and design from Jilin University of Arts in July 2006.

Mr. Feng Yijing

Chief financial officer and executive Director, responsible for overseeing the overall management of accounting and financial matters.

Mr. Feng has around 17 years of experience in accounting and auditing. He has successively worked at Ernst & Young Hua Ming LLP, Nanjing Branch, and Hangzhou Wansecheng E-Commerce Co., Ltd. He obtained a bachelor's degree in auditing from the Nanjing Audit University (formerly known as the Nanjing Institute of Audit in 2004 and became a non-practising member of the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants in 2017. He was also admitted as a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in 2013. Mr. Feng is also a Certified Internal Auditor, awarded by the Institute of Internal Auditors in 2010.

Mr. Wang Jun

Chief technology officer and executive Director, responsible for overseeing the management of our Group's technological resources.

Mr. Wang has around 21 years of experience in software development. He has successively worked at Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd. Nanjing Research & Development Center, Nanjing Lucent Technologies Telecommunications Co., Ltd., Microsoft (China) Co., Ltd. Shanghai Minhang Branch, Ericsson Canada, Inc., and Beijing DinoPlusAI Inc. Mr. Wang obtained a bachelor's degree in industrial automation and master's degree in control theory and control engineering from the Southeast University in 1997 and 2000, respectively.
